You can draw a freehand signature using your mouse or a touchscreen, or type your name and choose from several handwriting-style fonts. The signature is then placed as a transparent PNG overlay on the document. You can drag it to exactly the right position and resize it to fit the signature line. All other content on the page is preserved unchanged.

The final signed PDF is a standard PDF file that can be sent by email, uploaded to a document system, or printed. Files are processed on our secure server and deleted within two hours.

How do I get a signature image?
Sign on white paper, photograph it, and remove the background using a free tool like remove.bg. A transparent PNG looks best on PDFs.
Is the signature legally binding?
An image signature embedded in a PDF is a visual representation only. For legally binding e-signatures (with audit trail and certificate), look into Adobe Sign or DocuSign.
Can I sign multiple pages?
Currently one signature placement per run. To sign multiple pages, process the PDF once per page.
What image format should I use?
PNG with a transparent background works best. JPG is also supported but will show a white background around the signature.
